Do the police need a warrant to arrest me in Florida?

Transcript

If a police officer has witnessed a crime being committed, they do not need a warrant. However, we do see warrants for people in situations where a crime has been committed in the past and a warrant has been applied for, and then an office would need to have a warrant to come and arrest you for a past crime.
