In my Florida divorce case, will I have to pay for my spouses attorney?

Transcript

Occasionally that can happen. One attorney can file for attorney’s fees against the other person and a judge would have to award that. How that happens is if one party is in a better position to pay attorney’s fees than the other party. Then a judge can award attorney’s fees and cost against that individual, so yes, there can be times when one party has to pay their own attorney and the attorney of the other party.
