What happens if the other driver in my Florida car accident doesn’t have insurance?

Transcript

This happens more frequently than not. When the other driver does not have insurance, we have to look to our client’s own insurance and hope that they have uninsured motorists coverage. That is coverage that our client would have paid extra for so that they would be insured in the event that they were hit by someone who does not have at fault driver’s insurance or bodily injury coverage.
