What rights do I have in Florida when a law enforcement officer asks me questions?

Transcript

Typically if a law enforcement officer has you in detention or custody, he has to read you certain Miranda Rights. The right to have an attorney, the right to have that attorney being present at any questioning. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any of the officer’s questions. Again, you should probably exercise that right to remain silent or request an attorney subject to any questioning when you’re in custody.
