How do I get out of jail after an arrest in Florida?

Transcript

Typically the arresting officer will set a bond your arrest affidavit that is suggested. If you cannot afford that bond, typically, then you’ll see a judge within 24 hours of your arrest at what’s called a first appearance hearing where bond considerations can be reduced. You’ll want to contact a bondsman. Typically in Florida most bondsmen require 10% of the bond that’s suggested.
