I was a passenger in a boating accident and was injured. Who is responsible for these injuries?

Transcript

Boating accidents can be very complex and it depends on how the boating accident actually happened. Oftentimes, boating accidents come down to an issue of where the boating accident actually occurred, whether it was on the water or on the dock. Docking accidents can occur when the boat comes to the dock and the passenger is injured while on the dock or exiting or getting on to a boat. A boating accident can also occur out on the water between two boats, where one boat or boat captain failed to use the right of way and collided with another boat, where the boat captain would be at fault and then obviously, would have negligence on the part of the boat captain. A boating accident case is a very complicated case and we would need to sit down with the passenger and go through each and every detail of the case so that we could evaluate the case and find out exactly who is at fault for a particular boating accident.
