If I was hit by a commercial vehicle in a Florida car accident, is the employer of the other driver also responsible?

Transcript

Yes, if someone is hit by a commercial vehicle, whether it be a Federal Express truck or a Coca Cola truck or any other type of vehicle that is owned by a company, the company is also responsible in addition to the driver. The company must insure their own vehicle, and so we go after the company as well as the driver to get the client fully compensated for their injuries.
