What if my car already had some damage before my Florida car accident?

Transcript

Prior damage is something that happens quite a bit. Oftentimes, a property damage adjuster can tell the difference between old damage and new damage. New damage will not have, for example, rust on it. We can also see paint transfer evidence from the most current accident that happened. Just because there was old damage on the vehicle, don’t let that stop you from getting the vehicle fixed or from going through the insurance company to get the vehicle fixed. The insurance company is still responsible for the new damage that is done to the vehicle.
