What should I not do after a Florida car accident?

Transcript

One thing I tell my clients not to do after an accident is to admit any fault. Don’t tell the officer that you did anything wrong, don’t tell the other driver that you did anything wrong. Fault is something that needs to be looked at by the attorney as well as an accident reconstructionist, and an investigator. Additionally, you don’t want to do anything that will in any way negate the investigation. You don’t want to do anything that will hamper in any way the investigator who’s going to come out, the police officer, and hamper their investigation in any way.
