When do the police have to read me my rights in Florida?

Transcript

In Florida Miranda rights apply whenever you’re in custody, and you’re subject to legal detention, and when the police are interrogating you. Those rights include; you have the right to an attorney, you have the right to have one present during questioning, and certainly do not give any statements to law enforcement if those rights have not been read to you.
