When should I settle with the insurance company in my Florida auto accident case?

Transcript

Settling with the insurance company is a question that the client and the attorney should sit down and discuss at length with each other. That’s at a point in the negotiations of any case where the attorney and the client believe that the maximum amount has been gotten from the insurance company for a particular case. If the attorney and the client feel that the medical bills will be paid, the pain and suffering has been adequately covered, lost wages have been compensated, and the client is going to get money in their pocket, a case can be settled, but that really is a discussion that needs to be had in each case is so vastly different. That discussion needs to be had between the attorney and the client towards the end of the case.
