Who is going to pay for my medical expenses following my Florida car accident?

Transcript

The first line of paying for medical expenses is the individuals own personal injury protection or PIP. That comes form the clients own insurance company. Up to $10,000 is paid to the doctors or hospitals that have been treating the client when the accident first happens. After that, then the at fault driver’s insurance kicks in and that insurance company has to pay for anything in excess of $10,000 of medical bills.
