What is the difference between a felony a misdemeanor and a violation in Florida?

In Florida, a misdemeanor charge is punishable by up to one year in the county jail. A felony charge can be punishable by prison and a violation of probation also could be punishable depending on whether it’s a misdemeanor or a felony by either one year in the county jail or incarceration.
