I was driving a company car when I was injured in an accident. Explain my claim?

When driving a company car, a couple of things happen that are a little different than most other claims. The first thing that happens is: was the individual on company time during the auto accident? If so, then the individual may have to file a Worker’s Compensation claim along with an auto claim. If they were driving the company car off duty or not on company time, then we have to go through the auto insurance of the person or of the company who owns that car. It does complicate things a little bit. I suggest that the individual consult with an attorney so that those types of problems can be ironed out early on in the auto claim process.
