What is negligence?
Transcript
Negligence is carelessness. Negligence is when someone is at fault in an accident. Negligence is when someone does something that is a careless act and causes injury to someone else. For example, in an auto accident case, if someone were to run through a stop sign without stopping and collides with another vehicle, that is a negligent act. Or if someone runs into the rear end of someone who was stopped and doesn’t stop in time. That’s a negligent act.
