What is no fault insurance?

No fault insurance is Florida’s personal injury protection. What that does, is it allows each individual up to $10,000 dollars to pay for their own injuries. If an individual is hurt in an accident, they go and see a doctor, or they go to the hospital and they have bills that they have to pay. Their own insurance, or no fault if you will, pays up to $10,000 dollars of those medical bills that are associated with the accident.
