What should I bring to the initial consultation with my attorney in a Florida auto accident case?

This is a really important question because the first initial consultation with an attorney, is extremely important with the client. I always ask my clients to bring their driver’s license, a copy of their insurance policy, their insurance card, if they have a copy of the accident report or the driver’s exchange form, any photographs that they may have taken, any statements that they may have from witnesses or witness information. This is really valuable information that gets the attorney started in their investigation of your accident.
