What should I do if I cannot afford an attorney for my Florida auto accident case?
Transcript
Many people cannot afford an attorney when they’re involved in an accident. Most attorneys operate on what’s called a contingency fee basis. This means that you don’t pay the attorney unless the case settles, and the insurance company pays for your claim. Then, a certain percentage of the claim, will then go for attorney’s fees. There is no money up front in most auto accident cases.
